About ryuzii

From what I see
to a photograph.

Something catches my eye.

A street. What’s left on a plate. A cable underfoot. In everyday life, something makes me look. Before deciding whether it is beautiful or what kind of photograph it might become, I turn the camera towards it.

Through the camera.

The same scene can look different depending on where I stand, the light, or how I feel that day. How does the thing in front of me appear to me? Through the camera, I try to keep that view in a photograph.

By place and theme.

New York, Hawaii, Tokyo. Food, coffee, sea and sky, or the scene around a shoot. These photographs are gathered by place and theme. A photograph may appear in more than one gallery when its themes overlap.

Looking at another side.

An empty plate, a moment during a shoot, a frame left out. iizuyr also looks at what surrounds the finished picture. Across the galleries, the idea is the same: to make photographs of things as they appear to me.
